WHAT ARE THE 2012 MISSIONS TRIP DATES?

      
      Saturday, June 23 - Friday, June 29

WHO GOES ON THE MISSION?


      Anyone who has a U.S. Passport, is a Bible believing Christian, is at least
      21 years of age (unless accompanied by a parent) and has a heart to serve one 
      another and the needy in Mexico.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GO?
     
      The below prices include: 6 night hotel stay, all food costs and 
      round-trip ground transportation. 
         
     
$505.00 -per person (double hotel room occupancy)
      $685.00 -per person (single hotel room occupancy)
      $960.00 -Family of 4 staying in the same room with one person paying for 
                    all trip expenses including lodging, food and transportation for the  
                    entire family.
         
                           The line item cost break down is as follows: food 150.00 (25.00 per day), round-trip 
                           ground transportation 175.00 and hotel 60.00 per night. Sharing the cost of your hotel 
                           room with an additional occupant begins to drop the price from the single occupancy 
                           hotel room rate of 360.00 for the 6 night stay. 

                           YOUR PERSONAL FINANCES AND EXPENSES FOR THE TRIP ARE MANAGED 
                           BY YOU with the exception of the transportation money which is collected prior to our 
                           departure from Livermore.The purpose of the above pricing is to assist you in your 
                           personal budgeting for the trip.

        Note * The above figures do not include souvenirs and optional free time activities. 


ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FUNDS THAT I NEED TO PERSONALLY RAISE TO COVER 
EVENTS AND MINISTRY SUPPLIES USED ON THE MISSION?

      Yes
. All persons who commit to going on the mission are required to raise  
      a minimum of 500.00 each by Tuesday, May 15, 2012. The funds raised are used for   
      facility rentals, food, sound and incidental written materials. Our events are 
      now reaching upwards of 2,500 people throughout the week which requires 
      pre-event planning and contractual deposits.

        Note * Families consisting of 3 or more are only required to raise 500.00 per family.  

IS THERE A DEADLINE IN ORDER TO RESERVE MY PLACE ON THE TRIP?

      Yes. Because there are a limited number of seats in the vans and your  
      hotel reservation needs to be booked 3 months in advance it is imperative   
      that you submit an online 2012 Mission Application by Thursday, 
      March 1, 2012.


NOW THAT I'VE DECIDED TO GO HOW DO I PREPARE?

      In May we begin to meet and prepare as we worship, pray, and understand
      the different areas we will be individually and collectively serving in.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO COME BACK WITH WHEN I RETURN HOME?

      This is a life changing trip! There are a number of ways that you will be   
      impacted; a fresh perspective on the many blessings we take for granted at 
      home, the fervent hunger the Hispanics have for the manifest Presence Of  
      God as they worship, the poverty and desperation of the needy, and 
      strengthened relationships with missions team members.
