2012 MISSIONS TRIP NEEDS
MONETARY GIFTS will be used for:
EVENTS - We host a ladies brunch for 500 women, a pastors dinner and a large childrens event. The related cost for these events include full meals, facility rental, and sound reinforcement.
FOOD - We distribute over 1000 pounds of rice, beans and tamales to the needy. All food is purchased in Mexico as required by local laws.
CLOTHES - The distribution of clothes to thousands of families over the years has been made possible by year around donations to our collection facility in Livermore. In September 2009 border laws changed prohibiting us to take used clothing donations across the border.
We are now required to purchase new clothes in Mexico. This change has an added value as we will be supporting the local economy.
PASTORS - We support Pastors in the region whose congregations cannot support them. |
